Not a pitch. A thing that runs.
ARND is being built in public, in Toronto, one show at a time. The map already carries real listings we curate every week from the city's own venue calendars, rooms like The Rex, with every listing crediting and linking the original posting. Venues gain from ARND; they never lose the click.
When a performer finds their name on the map, they can claim it. Proof stays human: they get a short code and DM it to us from the Instagram account on their posters, a person checks, and only then does the page become theirs, stamped Official (the claim desk opens with the current beta rollout). Fans RSVP, check in at the show for verified proof they were there, and share any night as a pocket-sized poster, ticket stubs, stamps, price tags, drawn in ARND's own hand.
And because trust is the whole product, the work itself is public: every push is written up in plain language with its reasoning, and the design system is governed on its own public page. Read it all below, that's the actual full story.

Every change, with the why
The changelog: every push since day one, in plain language. If a change has no why, it doesn't ship.
The design system, governed
Colors, type, and components, with the reasoning written down. Nothing about ARND's look is accidental.
